I have purchased a ticket to the Habitare Fair but the event is rescheduled. What should I do?

You do not have to do anything. We will send you a new (updated) ticket later this year. Should you prefer a gift ticket which can be used in any of our public fairs this year or in 2021, please contact our customer service: customer.service@messukeskus.com.

I have purchased a ticket to the Child Fair but the event is rescheduled to the fall. What should I do?

You do not have to do anything. We will send you a new (updated) ticket later, or alternatively you may change your ticket to any event arranged by Messukeskus during the autumn 2020 (Habitare thu-sun, I love me, Helsinki Book Fair, Wine and Food). If you wish to use it during the autumn 2020, please contact our customer service: customer.service@messukeskus.com.

 What will happen with the ticket to the Spring Fair that I have purchased/received now that the exhibition is rescheduled to next spring?

You do not have to do anything. We will send you a new (updated) ticket and you can use it at any other public event arranged by Messukeskus during the autumn 2020 (Habitare thu-sun, I love me, Helsinki Book Fair, Wine and Food).Events: www.messukeskus.com/events 

However, if you prefer the ticket to the Spring Fair 2021, please contact our customer service customer.service@messukeskus.com.

My gift ticket to this spring’s events was not used. What should I do?

You do not have to do anything. We will send you a new (updated) ticket and you can use it at any other public event arranged by Messukeskus during the autumn 2020 (Habitare thu-sun, I love me, Helsinki Book Fair, Wine and Food).Events: www.messukeskus.com/events 

I have purchased a ticket to the musical We Will Rock You. What should I do?

The musical We Will Rock You is rescheduled and going to be organised in the Helsinki Ice Hall. The new date is May 21 – June 12, 2021.  Answers to frequently asked questions regarding timetables and already purchased tickets have been compiled on the webpage of the musical: https://www.wewillrockyou.fi. Lippu.fi will also assist you with questions regarding tickets per phone, on chat and at www.lippu.fi

I have booked a stand at an exhibition that is now rescheduled. What should I do?

Bookings made by our business customers are automatically rescheduled to the new date. It is also possible to use the already paid booking fee for another of our events. Your contact person will help you with any questions you have. Spring Fair is rescheduled to next spring, and your contact person can brief you about alternatives regarding Spring Fair.

Can hotel bookings be made for the autumn, is Messukeskus’ hotel open?

Where do I get assistance in matters concerning meetings, conferences and exhibitions?
