I have purchased a ticket to the Child Fair but the event is rescheduled to the fall. What should I do?

You do not have to do anything. The ticket you have purchased is valid as it is also for the upcoming Child Fair or alternatively you can use it at any other public event arranged by Messukeskus during the autumn 2020 (Child Fair, Pet Friend, OutletExpo, Local & Organic Food Fair, Habitare thu-sun, I love me, Helsinki Book Fair, Wine and Food, Auto).

 What will happen with the ticket to the Spring Fair that I have purchased/received now that the exhibition is rescheduled to next spring?

Your ticket is valid as it is to any other public event arranged by Messukeskus during fall 2020 (Child Fair, Pet Friend, OutletExpo, Local & Organic Food Fair, Habitare thu-sun, I love me, Helsinki Book Fair, Wine and Food, Auto). Events: www.messukeskus.com

If you still want to change your ticket to next year’s Spring Fair ticket, please send the ticket you have purchased to our customer service (visitors@messukeskus.com). We will send you next year’s Spring Fair ticket as the event approaches.

My gift ticket to this spring’s events was not used. What should I do?

We prolonged the validity of spring gift tickets until the end of 2020 so you can use your gift ticket for any other public event arranged by Messukeskus during the autumn (Child Fair, Pet Friend, OutletExpo, Local & Organic Food Fair, Habitare thu-sun, I love me, Helsinki Book Fair, Wine and Food, Auto). I have purchased a ticket to the musical We Will Rock You. What should I do?

The musical We Will Rock You will reschedule the performances forward to the best possible date. Answers to frequently asked questions regarding timetables and already purchased tickets have been compiled on the webpage of the musical: https://www.wewillrockyou.fi. Lippu.fi will also assist you with questions regarding tickets per phone, on chat and at www.lippu.fi

I have booked a stand at an exhibition that is now rescheduled. What should I do?

Bookings made by our business customers are automatically rescheduled to the new date. It is also possible to use the already paid booking fee for another of our events. Your contact person will help you with any questions you have. Spring Fair is rescheduled to next spring, and your contact person can brief you about alternatives regarding Spring Fair.

Can hotel bookings be made for the autumn, is Messukeskus’ hotel open?

Where do I get assistance in matters concerning meetings, conferences and exhibitions?

Our customer service helps you per phone, email and chat. We are open weekdays between 9 AM and 2 PM.

What is going on at Messukeskus now that events are at pause?

Our customer service helps you with any questions you have regarding events.

Service and maintenance work is done in halls and conference facilities. During events such work is not possible. Of course, we follow authorities’ strict regulations also in this.

Our office staff work hard preparing the coming events, the majority remote working from home as many other Finns.

We want to thank our clients for cooperation during this exceptional situation which affects us all. We hope to meet you all soon again!
