Taloustutkimus: Business life decision makers rank Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre as the best within its industry

Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre was ranked top of its industry in the market research company Taloustutkimus’ business life decision makers survey Työelämän päättäjät – TEP. Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre received the highest shared overall rating among trade fair and event organisers and was the clear leader in the industry in terms of the functionality of exhibition and event spaces, the variety of services offered, as well as reliability and delivery performance.

Taloustutkimus Oy conducts an annual nationwide and independent corporate image survey aimed at business life decision makers, called the Työelämän päättäjät – TEP survey. In 2024, Taloustutkimus surveyed 14 companies involved in organising trade fairs and events. In addition to Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, Tampere Trade Fairs, Tampere Hall, Turku Fair Center, Asuntomessut, Jyväskylä Fair and Event Center Paviljonki, Management Events, Lahti Sports and Fair Centre, Riihimäen messut, Pohjois-Suomen Messut, Pohjanmaan Expo, Expomark, Easyfairs and Mediapro Messut were surveyed.

Business life decision makers gave Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre the highest shared overall rating among companies in its industry. Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre is the most well-known company in its field, receiving top scores for the functionality of the trade fair and exhibition spaces, the diversity of the service offerings, and its reliability and delivery consistency.

Additionally, Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre was rated best in terms of professional customer service, a variety of additional services as well as marketing communications. Its Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures willingness to recommend, was the second highest among the fourteen evaluated companies in the industry.

Taloustutkimus gathered data for the business life decision makers survey in an online panel in October 2024. The study evaluated 150 companies from 11 different industries. A total of 2,824 decision-makers from across Finland responded to the survey.
