Siren Anti-Cheat – The Winner of the Pitch Finland Cyber Security 2024
The Cyber Security Nordic Competition 2024 winner is Siren Anti-Cheat. The winner received a €10 000 prize, donated by the Finnish Fair Foundation. The final of the competition took place in the form of a pitch competition at the Cyber Security Nordic event 29 October at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre.
The competition’s goal was to find innovative solutions and services that influence the development and growth of the cybersecurity industry in Finland and that have potential for international success.
Siren Anti-Cheat offers a reliable software solution for game companies and esports organizations to detect and prevent cheating. With advanced algorithms, it ensures fair play by blocking even hard-to-detect cheats, including those in metaverse, VR, and blockchain games. The software supports both main and third-party integrations for flexible use across platforms.
The jury’s decision was incredibly difficult to make as there were five finalists, each promising on their own cyber sector. Siren Anti-Cheat is operating in rapidly growing gaming industry, where fraud is an ever increasing problem. The company has technological capabilities and a proven track record.
“In Finland we are dedicated in cyber, but we also have strong gaming industry. We found Siren Anti-Cheat was found to be a perfect fit for this award”, says Tiina Laisi-Puheloinen, Chair of the jury.

The Pitch Finland Cyber Security was open to a cybersecurity company, team, or organisation that meets one or more of the following criteria:
- The solution promotes responsible digitalisation, data processing, and trust.
- The innovative solution or service has the potential to create an international, European, or global impact.
- The innovative solution or service strengthens the competitiveness, profitability, or sustainability of companies.
- The innovative solution or service supports the United Nations' (UN) sustainable development goals, such as those related to economic growth (for example, the protection of intellectual capital or trade secrets), digital industry and transition, the protection of fundamental rights, or urbanisation.
Cyber Security Nordic is organised at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre together with Finnish Information Security Cluster (FISC ry.). The strategic partners of the event are Accenture, Fitsec, Cyberday, HP Finland, Microsoft, Nixu, Trend Micro, NetNordic and Vectra.
