Services for visitors

Cloakroom facilities are located at the entrances of Messukeskus. The service is priced at €4 for public events and €5 for professional events. The cloakroom is free for children under the age of 7. The cloakrooms are not just for jackets; guests may also store bags.

There are locked storage lockers in the Glass Gallery. The storage fee is €2.

The closest ATM to Messukeskus is located in the Shopping Center Tripla.

The free wireless network “Messukeskus” is available to all guests.

The smoking area can be found outside near the Northern Entrance. Smoking is prohibited elsewhere on the Messukeskus property.

The first aid team is on duty at Messukeskus’ own events during event opening hours, tel. 040 450 3237. The first aid station is located near the cloakroom at the North Entrance. You can always ask our staff members for directions!

Messukeskus is equipped with debrillators. When in need, go directly to the first aid team.

The general emergency number is 112 (address: Messuaukio 1).

Always follow the instructions and regulations given by the organizers and orderlies. If you notice an accident or a problem endangering safety, report it immediately to the nearest Hall Manager.

The nursery room is located in the Upper Gallery corridor during public events. There is a public toilet for the youngest members of the family, a diaper changing room and a microwave oven. Children are the responsibility of their guardians, and must not be left unattended in the room.

Diaper changing spaces are available in almost every public toilet  in Messukeskus.

Trolleys can be borrowed for use during the visit to the fair. Strollers are stored at the entrances.

In all Holiday Inn hotels in Finland and around the world, children under the age of 18 (1–2 children) stay free of charge in the same room with their parents without their own bed or if the room type includes an extra bed. Baby beds are available if needed at no extra charge. In addition, you can inquire directly from hotels about rooms with connecting doors, which provide additional space for even a larger family.

Dining for families with children is made comfortable and enjoyable in all Holiday Inn hotels. The Kids Eat Free program offers hotel guests under the age of 13 the opportunity to dine in the restaurant from the children’s menu free of charge, when an adult in the family dines in the restaurant.

Parking is free for people with the parking card for people with reduced mobility

The parking card for people with reduced mobility enables for free parking during events. On the P1 level of the parking building, there are 20 parking spaces marked with a parking ID for people with reduced mobility. When visiting, the user must report his registration number to the Messukeskus customer service point. The hotel’s parking lot is also free of charge for people with disabilities during the opening hours of the events.

Taxis can drive to the Messukeskus entrances. All entrances to the fair center are accessible and all floors of the building can be reached by elevator. Most of Messukeskus’ restaurants are also accessible. Accessible toilets are available on all floors.

You can borrow a wheelchair from our entrances. If you want to reserve a wheelchair in advance, send a message to asiakaspalvelu@messukeskus.com. In the message, state the arrival date, time, entrance and your own contact information.

The assistant of a disability card holder can enter the events organized by Messukeskus free of charge. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at Messukeskus.
